Referral Procedure

The Manager will be happy to assist with any questions you may have, and shall arrange to visit you at your home to carry out the relevant assessment procedures. If you decide that you wish to join us on arrival at any of our homes, you will be allocated a 'key-worker' who will assist you in meeting with other residents and settling in to your new environment.
