Each resident will be

• Supported with all care needs in accordance to their care plan.

• Assisted with medication, meal times and activities.

• Encouraged to exercise their freedom of speech.

• Encouraged to use their freedom of his/her civil rights.

• Treated with respect and dignity and respecting their right to privacy at all times.

• Able to live at our homes without fear of discrimination and/ or abuse.
• Encouraged to maintain a purpose-led life, and be happy in their choices.

• Supported with any concerns/problems they may have.

• Able to contact individuals outside of the home using our telephone.

• Supported with their cultural and religious activities.
