Care

All care is carried out in accordance with the individual resident's care plan. These are reviewed on a regular basis with any required changes being acted upon immediately. Under no circumstances will staff be allowed to carry out any care procedures that have not been assessed by an authorised person or are not recorded in the resident's care plan.
